  10. SelectSpaceIcons are icons that have "hidden" 
  11. features that appear when selected.
  12.  
  13. These icons only reveal their hidden secrets if your 
  14. monitor is set at 256 colors or greater.

  16. For all you Sci-Fi adventure fans, here is a 
  17. collection of colorful space related icons copied 
  18. onto empty folders to make it easy on you. 
  19. Plus, if you open this TeachText Document 
  20. in ResEdit, you'll find them there also.

  22. This collection includes; a ViewScreen, 
  23. a SpaceButton, EyeBeams, the insanely beautiful 
  24. (or vice-versa) Jillian, a slightly bewildered Capt.Breeze, 
  25. the Evil Dr.Pill, some aliens blowing away some humans 
  26. (and vice-versa), you know...
  27. the usual stuff. Plus a short space saga (hidden in the 
  28. "comments" boxes).

  31. These icons are "HappyWare". 
  32. Feel free to use them as you please, but if 
  33. you use them for more than 15 days, 
  34. Jason Rainbows suggests that you send him nothing,
  35. but put a smile on your face for a while, that's it!
  36. Because if you LOOK happy, it just follows that you'll
  37. FEEL happy. Well, ...perhaps not, but at least those
  38. around you will smile back.

  41. If you've never changed icons on your Mac before
  42. let me quickly walk you through it here...
  43. -Select one of the nice new icons.
  44. -Under the File Menu go to "Get Info"
  45. -See the picture of the icon at the top left of 
  46. the info window? Click on it once. 
  47. -Under the Edit Menu go to "Copy"
  48. -Close the Info Window.
  49. -Select the old drab icon that you want
  50. to replace.
  51. -Under File Menu, "Get Info"
  52. -Select the picture of the icon at top left
  53. of this info window.
  54. -Under Edit Menu, go to "Paste"
  55. -Close that info window and the change is done!
